James Sinnott and I first opened our doors in Portslade in 1997. With combined experience of more than 40 years we are able to offer a high quality service.

James and myself both began as trainees and have held almost every position in estate agency. We have worked in both good and bad markets and are therefore able to adapt to changing market conditions.

The most important part of our service however, is that both James and I still work as your negotiators, registering potential buyers and arranging viewings to make sure that we give the best possible service.
